Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This role involves performing data entry and reviewing information. The ideal candidate will prioritize accuracy over speed, though both are highly valued.
Responsibilities

Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy.

Review claims to ensure appropriate refunds are issued.

Record payments and refunds accurately.

Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure data integrity.

Handle repetitive tasks efficiently and maintain focus.
Essential Skills

Exceptional attention to detail.

Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy.

Ability to work efficiently in a repetitive task environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with accounts payable, invoicing, reports, and provider billing.

Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Word, and Excel.

High School diploma or equivalent.

One year of office experience.

Basic Math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
