Our client, a leader in public health informatics, is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst II to join their team. As a Quality Assurance Analyst II, you will be part of the Data Exchange group supporting the Wisconsin Immunization Registry (WIR) team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Onsite or Remote (Must be a WI resident or willing to relocate)

What's the Job?

  • Provide technical and program support to WIR partners onboarding to immunization data exchange.
  • Coordinate with testing staff to facilitate testing of messaging format, content, and transport functionality.
  • Collaborate with vendors regarding security certificate management and web-services functionality.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and data exchange specifications.
  • Participate in WIR Unit meetings and provide support to other unit areas as directed.

What's Needed?

  • 4-7 years of experience in HL7 data exchange messaging.
  • 4-7 years of experience requiring high attention to detail.
  • 1-3 years leading a team focused on data exchange efforts.
  • Advanced communication skills in writing, orally, electronically, and in person.
  • Experience with immunization records in an Immunization Information System or similar software is a plus.
