We're seeking a highly motivated full-time Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this critical role, you’ll ensure enterprise clients achieve their goals using the NotedSource platform, while driving satisfaction, retention, and growth. You’ll be the trusted advisor to our clients, collaborating internally to ensure their success and uncovering new opportunities for value.


Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Customer Success Manager. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer relations, and enhancing customer retention. Day-to-day tasks include conducting customer training, troubleshooting issues, performing regular check-ins with customers, gathering feedback, and providing strategic guidance to help customers achieve their goals.


What You’ll Do

  • Ensure enterprise customers are fulfilling their projects, actively using the NotedSource platform, and delighted with project outcomes.
  • Work with internal teams to identify opportunities for expansion and adoption of additional solutions, driving long-term account growth.
  • Partner with sales, product, research, and marketing to deliver insights that inform product direction and operational strategy.
  • Collaborate with our Research team to identify and vet external partners for client research initiatives, ensuring we deliver best-in-class expertise.
  • Serve as the main liaison for clients and experts, managing outreach, relationships, and inquiries with professionalism and care.
  • Create and deliver marketing materials including case studies, platform demos, and thought-leadership content for LinkedIn, highlighting customer success stories.


Who You Are

  • You have 3+ years of experience driving customer success, adoption, and retention, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • You thrive on building trusted client relationships and serving as a strategic advisor.
  • You’re skilled at identifying customer needs and translating them into actionable solutions and upsell opportunities.
  • You excel at collaborating across sales, product, and operations to deliver holistic client value.
  • You are proactive, resourceful, and highly organized, with excellent communication skills.
  • You embrace a data-driven approach to measure success and optimize processes.


Bonus Points If You Have

  • Direct experience at a venture-backed B2B SaaS startup.
  • Familiarity with the R&D and/or academic research landscape.
  • Experience with enterprise accounts, managing complex relationships and multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Comfort representing companies at client meetings, workshops, or industry events.
