Location: Franklin, TennesseeJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $35 - $40 per hourWe are seeking a versatile Copywriter to create compelling, customer-facing marketing content for our tax and investing businesses. This role is responsible for championing our brand voice across all messaging, including marketing emails, product emails, landing pages, social media, and radio ads. You will collaborate closely with a cross-functional team of marketers, designers, developers, and social media specialists to meet key business objectives. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to receive feedback from creative leadership to ensure all work is on-brand and effective.Candidates who are able tro commute 5 times per week in Franklin, TN are preferred; also willing to consider remote candidates who are outside the area.Hours and Dates
Oct.-Nov. 2025: 10 hours per week (max 20)
Dec. 2025-April 2026: 25 hours per week (max 40)

Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years of copywriting, with a focus on short-form marketing copy, ideally in a business or agency setting.
Writing Skills: The ability to write clear, compelling copy and apply brand guidelines to make it sound "real, warm, bold, hopeful and humorous." A strong working knowledge of AP Style is also required.
Adaptability: The ability to take constructive feedback and apply it to your work.
Efficiency: Capable of working efficiently and meeting deadlines.
Bonus Skills
Experience writing copy for tax, investing, or other financial topics.
Highly collaborative with experience in constructive feedback and idea sharing.
