Summary:
Acts as horizontal support responsible for research and monitoring of controls effectiveness, including potential customer account mitigation and/or controls performance trend reporting.
General Responsibilities:
Ensures high compliance with regulations
Primarily acts as a resource person to conduct in-depth research and investigation on an account level risk
Documents all research findings and present via sprint based meetings/ forums
Reports generation. Utilizes appropriate reference files and sources in accessing information.
May be assigned/ rotated across related sub-functions including but not limited to sub-functions within Operations
Other job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time
Basic Qualifications:
Educational Background: At least 2 years of college or with equivalent work experience
1 year relevant experience in a Call Center or Back Office environment
Functional knowledge of MS Excel and similar software (Google Sheets, etc.)

Ability to think critically and understand nuanced or complicated processes

Preferred Qualifications:
Preferably with a background in highly analytical operations - with a focus on error finding
Previous experience in problem solving and error trending
