This position is part of the Content team within our Customer Services department, where we manage customer-facing digital communication channels and branding. By streamlining processes across our websites, app, and digital campaigns, we focus on driving growth and creating impactful local content experiences.

The ideal candidate has a passion for words and a keen eye for improving the digital user experience. 

This role is based in our Athens office.

Responsibilities

  • Craft engaging, accessible, and on-brand copy for a multi-brand business across a variety of diverse channels, including CRM, websites, blogs, and digital marketing campaigns that resonates with our target audience.
  • Ensure all content is clear, high-quality, and error-free, even under tight deadlines or in fast-changing situations
  • Work closely with eCommerce, UI/UX, and other stakeholders to deliver unified customer experiences that strengthen engagement and drive conversions
  • Collaborate closely with designers, stakeholders, and fellow content specialists to create a seamless user journey
  • Elevate the UX and UI through compelling marketing copy
  • Partner with LSPs and freelancers to deliver high-quality multilingual content, adapting messaging for different markets and cultures while maintaining a consistent brand voice
  • Manage content across CMS platforms, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and timely updates across all digital touchpoints
  • As our priorities evolve, you may be involved in additional tasks that contribute to our shared goals.
