We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their team and oversee projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact between clients, crews, subcontractors, and the office team.

• Lead and manage multiple crews to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and at the highest quality standards.

• Conduct project walkthroughs with clients, set clear expectations, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Oversee day-to-day field operations including site readiness, material coordination, and safety compliance.

• Manage scheduling, documentation, and communication between the field and office.

• Troubleshoot issues on-site and provide solutions to keep projects moving efficiently.

• Conduct final walkthroughs, handle punch lists, and manage warranty work as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction management, site supervision, or hardscape installation.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, grading, drainage, and materials.

• Ability to read blueprints, shoot grades, and manage technical project details.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to hold teams accountable.

• Strong organizational and time management skills; able to oversee multiple projects at once.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
