This is a full-time on-site role located in Ballston Spa, NY for a Construction Project Manager.

WeldStream, LLC is seeking a Project Manager with experience with Steel construction. The Project Manager is responsible for Customer Relations, Project Take-off, Material Ordering, Budgeting and Project Coordination. The team member will be vital in the conceptual development and understanding of a construction project and will be involved from project start until the project is finished. The Project Manager will actively participate in the management and development of the project’s schedule, project phasing, and logistics plan. The team member must be able to multitask, be a self-starter, and be able to run his own jobs within our already established system..

Role Description:

• Experience with Steel Construction
• Develop and maintain relationships with Clients/General Contractors
• Thoroughly comprehend construction documents i.e. drawing and specs
• Generate project budgets and bid proposals.
• Manage and prepare change orders, submittals, RFI’s.
• Prepare bill of materials, coordinate procurement, and Quality Control of materials.
• Communicate and manage design changes.
• Manage and prepare change orders as required.
• Takes responsibility of projects overall progression and quality.
• Participate in local construction industry association meetings and functions.
• The Project Manager compensation will be discussed with serious and experienced applicants only.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Ballston Spa, NY

Preferred:

• Bluebeam Construction Software Experience
• Microsoft Excel
• BuilderTrend Software Experience
