What You'll Do

• Maintain bioinformatics and data infrastructure for research projects related to
  
  

individualized cancer immunotherapy

• Collaborate with computational biologists, AI scientists and engineers
• Maintain excellent documentation, and data analysis practices to ensure reproducible data
  
  

science

• Present findings to the Cancer Immunogenomics group and collaborators.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• PhD (or Master's with significant experience) in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, or a
  
  

related field.

• Extensive experience in data and bioinformatics infrastructure (including curation,
  
  

databases and workflows), particularly for AI/ML projects

• Solid understanding of the relevant concepts in cancer immunology and enthusiasm for
  
  

learning more

• Broad understanding of data generated from one or more molecular assays: next generation
  
  

sequencing platforms, ELIspot, mass spectrometry etc.

• Proficiency in R, Python, and shell scripting.
