Job Description:

ThinkTell Junction We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our organization’s communication strategy by crafting compelling narratives, managing various channels of communication, and supporting our mission to engage with our community effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement communication strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Manage and curate content for social media platforms to engage the audience effectively.
• Create and distribute monthly newsletters and other promotional materials.
• Support the planning and execution of events, including seminars and workshops.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
• Monitor and analyze communication metrics to gauge effectiveness and inform future strategies.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or public relations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
