Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial in enhancing our brand visibility, fostering strong relationships with our stakeholders, and ensuring effective communication both internally and externally. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies that align with our organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective communication strategies to promote organizational initiatives.
• Create, edit, and distribute engaging content for various platforms including social media, newsletters, and press releases.
• Coordinate media relations and build positive relationships with journalists and community influencers.
• Organize and manage press events and other public relations activities.
• Monitor media coverage and analyze communication metrics for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a communications or public relations role, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
