Clinical Director BCBA, Wealthy Group of Companies LLC, NC, US

Job Description

We are a leading provider of home-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in North Carolina, dedicated to supporting children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder through customized care, well-defined objectives, and a results-driven approach. Our services emphasize rapid access to therapy without waiting lists, transparency in progress tracking, and a clinician-led model where Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) are supervised by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). We prioritize personalization, parent collaboration, school consultations, and evidence-based interventions to foster growth and development. Accepting most insurances, we operate with a compassionate, dedicated team committed to high-quality standards and ongoing training, ensuring every family receives top-notch support in a straightforward, family-focused process.

As the Clinical Director and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a pivotal leadership role in guiding our clinical operations across North Carolina. This position is ideal for an experienced professional passionate about advancing ABA therapy outcomes while overseeing a team of clinicians and technicians. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will drive clinical excellence, ensure compliance with industry standards, and contribute to the strategic growth of our services. The role offers flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid capacity anywhere in the state, with a preference for candidates based in the Charlotte, Raleigh, or Greensboro areas to facilitate occasional in-person collaborations and site visits. This is a full-time opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, supportive environment focused on innovation and family-centered care.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team of BCBAs, RBTs, and support staff, providing clinical oversight, mentorship, and performance evaluations to maintain high standards of care.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans, including assessments, Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), and progress tracking through bi-monthly reviews and an online portal.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with state and federal guidelines, insurance requirements, and ethical standards set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Collaborate with parents, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to integrate therapy goals, offer consultations, and address concerns for optimal client outcomes.
  • Oversee the intake and onboarding process, including rapid access initiatives to start services within four weeks, and manage caseload assignments for efficient resource allocation.
  • Conduct quality assurance audits, analyze data on therapy effectiveness, and recommend evidence-based improvements to enhance service delivery.
  • Facilitate ongoing training and professional development for the clinical team, incorporating the latest ABA techniques and methodologies.
  • Contribute to program expansion, including identifying opportunities for new services, partnerships, and geographic outreach within North Carolina.
  • Handle administrative duties such as budgeting for clinical resources, reporting on key performance indicators, and resolving any clinical escalations promptly.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, compassion, and accountability, aligning with our commitment to treating team members and families as one extended support network.

Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing, with a Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Clinical Director in an ABA therapy setting, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role overseeing clinical teams and operations.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based ABA practices, including assessment tools, intervention strategies, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage compliance, quality assurance, and interdisciplinary collaborations in a home-based or community therapy environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in parent training, team mentoring, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in using clinical software, progress tracking portals, and data analysis tools to monitor outcomes and drive improvements.
  • Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule, including occasional travel within North Carolina (preference for Charlotte, Raleigh, or Greensboro residency).
  • Commitment to ethical practices, cultural sensitivity, and continuous professional development in the field of autism spectrum disorder support.
  • Preferred: Experience with insurance billing, program development, or expanding ABA services in a regional context.

Compensation

  • This position offers a competitive annual salary of $175,000, commensurate with experience.
