We are now looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide professional communication with clients, help them understand and use Mapon products, consult and train customers and partners, gather and analyze data, and resolve problem situations. Daily work may also include assisting with route planning, so an interest in technical solutions and strong map orientation skills will be valuable.
