Our new colleague will be part of the Center Management team of The Mall Athens supporting the Operations Department in the supervision of the daily operation of the Shopping Center and parking facilities, by recording and reporting any issues to be addressed by our internal or external partners.
The Center Management Assistant will be reporting to the Operations Manager of The Mall Athens.
In detail, the Center Management Assistant will support the Center Management Team, in the following:
Oversee the daily overall operation of a shopping center (facilities, appearance and presence of staff and contractors).
Monitor the proper run of the parking space operations.
Record and report any issues to any department in charge to address them timely and effectively and follow up to confirm the relevant actions taken.
Participation in the process of technical inspections of stores.
Coordinate any issues related to daily operation (working hours, clarifications on questions from store employees, etc.).
Supervise the condition of the Center's equipment and parking spaces.
Communicate with external partners for the restoration of malfunctions, damages, etc..
Cooperate and communicate with our Shopping Center Teams and with other departments in our Company for the immediate resolution of issues.
Monitor and complete checks of fire protection installations (active and passive), participation in fire protection teams and emergency needs.
Coordinate actions for managing incidents, with the aim of the smooth operation of the Center, its stores and the Parking spaces.
Participate and support the implementation of marketing and advertising activities inside the Shopping Center.
You will be a successful candidate for our job opening, if you can identify yourself with the following criteria:
Academic Qualifications:
Mastery in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Proficiency level in English, or any other language will be considered a plus.
Professional Experience:
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.

Is able to work under pressure, juggle multiple tasks and prioritize work.
Is an excellent team player, with exceptional communication skills, maintaining key relationships with various stakeholders (tenants, partners, local community, external advisors etc.).

Is able to work on shifts and weekends.
