W Costa Navarino is looking for a Cashier. The selected candidate will ensure a seamless and efficient transaction experience for guests by delivering exceptional customer service, accurately processing payments, and upholding financial integrity.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process guest payments for room charges, dining, and other services
• Handle cash, credit, and electronic payments while ensuring compliance with financial protocols
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and perform regular cash audits
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns
• Issue receipts and manage refunds or exchanges as needed
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to resolve billing discrepancies
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace for efficient operations
• Stay updated on hotel services, promotions, and local attractions to assist guests
• Assist in training new cashiers and supporting team members as needed
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures regarding financial transactions
• Support department’s and hotel’s operation according to the needs
