Let’s start with the role

We are currently looking for a motivated CRM Sportsbook Executive who will play a key role in enhancing customer engagement and retention across our sportsbook vertical.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, creating, and executing sportsbook CRM campaigns across various channels, including email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize engagement, retention, and reactivation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, and Data Analytics) to align CRM activities with business objectives.
  • Utilize CRM tools and platforms to segment customers and personalize communications based on behavior, preferences, and betting patterns.
  • Support the development of promotions and bonus offers to engage different player segments.
  • Ensure timely publication of content while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Coordinate CRM campaign communications with other departments and teams to ensure consistency and alignment.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with regulatory requirements and responsible gaming guidelines.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a CRM role, preferably within the iGaming industry or sportsbook vertical.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Passion for sports and a solid understanding of sportsbook products is a plus.
