CRH Associate Program Manager, Lockheed Martin, CT, US

Job Description

What We're Doing

At Lockheed Martin, we’re building and delivering the Air Force’s only dedicated combat search and rescue platform—the HH-60W Jolly Green II, known as the Combat Rescue Helicopter (CRH). With a program of record for 113 aircraft and multiple Foreign Military Sales (FMS) pursuits in development, this platform is a mission-critical asset designed to bring our warfighters home safely.

THE WORK

Responsibilities

As the Program Manager for CRH Production, you will lead all aspects of aircraft production, ensuring successful delivery and performance across cost, schedule, and quality. In this high-visibility role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Owning and managing the full production lifecycle, from planning through delivery, for the USAF’s fleet and potential FMS programs.
  • Ensuring aircraft are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to contractual quality and performance standards.
  • Engaging directly with U.S. Government customers, end-users, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on program objectives and priorities.
  • Driving strategic initiatives to improve cost competitiveness, efficiency, and long-term sustainability of the production line.
  • Supporting capture efforts for future production lots through the development of Basis of Estimates (BOEs), proposal inputs, and negotiation strategies.
  • Leading cross-functional efforts to implement aircraft upgrades, mitigate material shortages and obsolescence risks, and ensure production flexibility and resilience.

Who We Are

We are a mission-focused team within Lockheed Martin’s Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) business area, supporting vital platforms that serve those who serve. Our team combines technical expertise with operational excellence to deliver aircraft that save lives and enable global mission success.

Who You Are

You are a proven program leader with deep experience in production management, defense acquisition, or aerospace systems. You excel at navigating complexity, balancing priorities, and delivering results in high-stakes environments. Your leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills enable you to inspire teams, influence stakeholders, and manage risk across all facets of production.

WHY JOIN US

This is your opportunity to lead one of the most meaningful and impactful aircraft programs in the world. You’ll work on a team that directly supports the warfighter and contributes to national defense and humanitarian missions. At Lockheed Martin, you’ll find purpose in your work—and the support to grow your career through mentorship, innovation, and development.
