Job Summary:

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a vital role in enabling data-driven decision making by collaborating with business users to gather requirements, validate data, and develop actionable dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements.

• Validate data and develop actionable dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI.

• Assist with ad-hoc analysis and data validation.

• Help teams optimize reporting and streamline processes.

Qualifications:

Required:

• An Associate’s degree or higher is required.

• Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

• This position allows for a hybrid work schedule which includes a minimum of 3 days per week in our St. Louis Corporate Office, located at 1832 Schuetz Rd. Saint Louis, MO. All employees are required to submit work from home requests and follow our Work From Home policy, which will be provided to all candidates selected to interview.

• 1–3 years of relevant business intelligence or analytics experience

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Power BI (or other data visualization tools)

• Experience with data validation and working with business users

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on tasks

• Ability to conduct requirements gathering and provide insights through ad-hoc analysis

Preferred:

• Limited experience communicating with senior leadership and presenting data findings

• Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus
