Job Title: Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager – Business Enablement
Job Purpose:
The Identity & Access Management (IAM) Project team is in charge of identifying requirements for the proper management and control of accounts and permissions in the group, aligning security requirements and business specificities.
The candidate will work closely with identity-lifecycle team, to drive the roll out of the group initiative to deploy the functionality of user access request with system driven workflows using SailPoint IdentityIQ. This role involves significant levels of interaction with multiple parties such as vendors, IAM operations, IAM implementation leads and key stakeholders from the local businesses.
Job Responsibilities:
This role will support the rollout of Prudential’s Identity & Access Management framework across the region, driving the establishment of proper processes and controls, and the integration in Prudential’s standard access management platforms where required.
Predominantly, the incumbent will drive the communication between technical implementation teams and business stakeholders to ensure the delivery of sound processes and systems, which meet Prudential’s high IT security obligations and the business unit’s efficiency expectations. The IAM Business Enablement Analyst is expected to maintain clear communication, delivery and progress tracking of the applications to be on boarded.
