About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support our Resourcing and Finance teams through the development of dashboards, reporting tools, and data analysis. This role will transform complex data into actionable insights that drive staffing, financial planning, and operational strategy.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and analyze dashboards and reports on resourcing, utilization, and financial performance.
• Partner with Finance and Resourcing leads to translate business needs into reporting solutions.
• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple systems to ensure accuracy.
• Provide ongoing analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support scenario planning and forecasting with data-driven insights.
• Document metrics, definitions, and processes for consistency.
• Train stakeholders on interpreting dashboards and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–4 years in business analysis, data analytics, or financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Experience in agency, consulting, or professional services.
• Familiarity with resource management or finance platforms.
• Basic SQL knowledge
