🚀 We’re Hiring Business Analyst/Project Manager 100% Remote

We’re looking for a Business Analyst / Project Manager to join our distributed team and help deliver modern web applications for global clients. You’ll act as the bridge between stakeholders, designers, and engineers—turning business needs into clear technical requirements and managing projects from discovery through to launch.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business goals, user needs, and technical requirements.
• Translate ideas into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery: roadmaps, timelines, priorities, and risk tracking.
• Facilitate workshops, standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives with the development team.
• Ensure requirements are captured in tools such as ClickUp, Jira, or Notion, and kept up to date.
• Coordinate with design, development, QA, and marketing teams to ensure smooth handovers and delivery.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders with clarity and transparency.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to scalable project frameworks.

Required:

1. At least 3 years experience in project management or business analysis in the software development industry.
2. Strong understanding of modern web technologies or application development.
3. Expert in Agile/Scrum methodologies, leading sprint cycles, retrospectives, and leveraging project management tools for metrics-driven project tracking.
4. A strategic liaison between clients and developers, translating business needs into technical action with exceptional communication skills.

Nice To Have

• Familiarity with Next.js, TypeScript, and headless CMS workflows.
• Experience with eCommerce, marketing automation, or analytics integrations.
• Background in UX or QA processes.
