  • Pay Range: Average annual compensation ranges between $50,000 to $65,000 per year.
    • Hourly Base + Commission Pay Plan

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
• Follow up with leads and generate new opportunities for the sales departments.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist with various marketing campaigns to drive new customer leads and business.
• Meet and exceed individual performance goals related to lead generation, customer satisfaction, and appointment scheduling.

Position Information:

This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Your typical schedule will be an average of 40-45 hours per week. Days worked will vary from week to week depending on business needs, and alternating Saturdays are required.
