Role Overview:

We’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager - Life Sciences & Biotech with deep domain knowledge in life sciences, biotech, or pharmaceutical sectors to help us kickstart customer engagements and accelerate market entry.

This is a commission-based role to start, focused purely on conversions and building the initial customer base. Once we secure initial customers and funding, this position will transition into a full-time role with competitive equity, making you an integral part of shaping next-generation AI solutions in health innovation.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify and engage decision-makers (CSOs, Heads of R&D, Innovation Leads) at biotech, pharmaceutical, and life sciences organizations.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule product demos tailored to industry challenges in oncology, rare diseases, regenerative medicine, and human longevity research.
• Demonstrate how our platform accelerates R&D timelines by up to 70%, connects siloed data into actionable intelligence, and supports evidence-backed decision-making.
• Partner with internal teams to craft personalized demos that showcase real value.
• Build lasting customer relationships and support them in unlocking the full potential of integrated life sciences data.
• Provide market feedback and competitor insights to help refine strategy.

• Domain expert with strong network in biotech, pharma, or life sciences industries.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within the life sciences sector.
• Passionate about innovation in human longevity, regenerative medicine, and next-gen therapeutic technologies.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter, and highly results-driven.
• Strong communicator who can translate complex technical solutions into clear business value.
