Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst in Saint Charles, MO. Job Duties:

• Business Analyst will assist in managing and advancing project deliverables within defined timelines
• Schedule and coordinate project meetings; Compile and distribute meeting notes
• Manage work tasks and progress tracking within DevOps (or other project management tools)
• Create and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and process maps
• Maintain document repositories to ensure version control and easy access for project stakeholders
• As a Business Analyst, you will gather and document requirements and process details from IT and cross-functional departments
• Support project leadership by identifying risks, gaps, and needed follow-up actions
• Flexibly step in to assist with other project-related tasks as needed to keep the initiative moving forward
  
  

Requirements

• Prior experience in business analysis, project coordination, or a related role
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
• Experience producing both technical and non-technical documentation
• Proficiency with project management tools (DevOps experience preferred)
• Skilled in translating business needs into technical specifications and user stories
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Strong communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable working in a dynamic project environment and willing to take on a variety of responsibilities as needed
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of foundational data principles preferred but not required
• Experience with data quality efforts preferred but not required
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
