As an Assistant Housekeeping Manager, you support the Housekeeping Manager in the daily supervision, organizing and maintenance of the rooms, and common-use areas of the hotel with care by following the company’s SOPs. Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and supervising the housekeeping team
• Train and coach housekeeping staff on cleaning and maintenance procedures
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and orderliness
• Collaborate with front desk staff to ensure guest satisfaction
• Order and maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory
• Schedule staff and assign tasks to ensure efficient use of resources
• Assist in developing and implementing housekeeping policies and procedures
