Salary Range: $130,900.00 - $148,000.00

Position Summary

The Assistant Director, Employee Experience leads the design and assessment of programs that enhance the faculty and staff employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit. Implements an effective engagement strategy that encourages the retention and recognition of top talent.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive employee engagement and experience strategy that aligns with WCM's overall business goals.
  • Leads the implementation of all goals and other action items related to the employee experience through collaboration, learning and development, and setting measurable outcomes.
  • Leads the design, facilitation, and ongoing management and socialization of all employee sentiment surveys across faculty and staff groups (Gallup Employee Experience, New Hire, and Exit Interviews).
  • Design and oversee the execution of all central employee recognition programs (Employee Service Awards, Employee Appreciation Week, etc.).
  • Serve as a coach and support departmental leaders in fostering a positive employee experience.
  • Analyze, develop, and lead tangible culture development programs and initiatives that increase retention and engagement across WCM.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Experience

  • Four or more years of experience in Employee Engagement, HR analytics, or Human resources.
  • Previous experience with employee engagement and listening data analytics (sentiment surveys, focus groups, etc.) preferred.
  • Years of experience collaborating and interacting with leaders at multiple levels in varying departments and levels.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

  • Superb critical thinking skills and the ability to take a concept from ideation and strategy to execution autonomously.
  • Self-directed individual with initiative, creativity, analytical and organizational management skills.
  • Superb communication, including writing, editing, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, pivot quickly, and respond with urgency.
