Position Summary:
At e.l.f. Beauty, we’re bold disruptors with kind hearts, obsessed with building joyful, inclusive beauty experiences. We’re seeking a Digital Commerce & Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day performance of our direct-to-consumer business across website, app, and social commerce within the North America region. This full-time role is at the center of our growth engine, balancing commercial strategy, operational execution, and consumer-first experiences.
The right candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can shift seamlessly between high-level planning and detail-oriented execution, and is equally comfortable diving into sales forecasts or shaping digital merchandising strategies. You’ll serve as the lead liaison with Operations, ensuring our best of beauty is stocked, striving for accuracy in forecasting, and driving equity-enhancing value propositions to aid conversion that all ladder up to delivering sales and consumer delight.
