We’re hiring an Asset Manager with at least 2 years of experience in commercial or multifamily real estate. This role is fully onsite in Houston, Monday through Friday, and best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee day-to-day performance of a portfolio of commercial and multifamily assets
• Execute strategic business plans in coordination with property management and leasing teams
• Analyze financial statements, manage budgets, and forecast performance
• Monitor market conditions and provide recommendations to maximize returns
• Collaborate with leadership on asset strategy, reporting, and investor communications

What You Need to Have

• 2+ years of experience in commercial or multifamily real estate (asset management, acquisitions, or operations)
• Strong financial and analytical capabilities (Excel, financial modeling, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required for someone with drive and hustle
• Willingness to work onsite 5 days a week
