🚀 We’re Hiring: Mid-level Analytics Engineer 100% Remote

We’re looking for detail-driven Analytics Engineers to join a growing data team. You’ll be shaping analytics-ready datasets that fuel business intelligence dashboards and reports—helping stakeholders make smarter, data-backed decisions. 👷‍♂️ What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and maintain analytics-ready datasets to power BI dashboards and reports
• Write optimized SQL queries for data cleaning, transformation, and metric development
• Design scalable data models (e.g., star schemas, snowflake schemas)
• Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and business teams to translate requirements into data solutions
• Partner with data engineers to ensure pipelines are reliable and high-performing
• Build and maintain BI dashboards and reports using Looker, Power BI, or Tableau
• Ensure data quality through testing, documentation, and version control
  
• Support data governance with structured data definitions and clear documentation
  
  

✅ What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 years of experience as an Analytics Engineer
• Proficiency in SQL for complex data transformations and calculations
• Experience building analytics-ready tables and datasets for reporting
• Solid understanding of data modeling concepts such as star schema
• Experience with Looker or similar BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
