Affiliate Operation Management Executive (Creator Growth Business), AnyMind Group, TH

We are looking for an Affiliate Operation Management Executive to work under supervision from our Affiliate Network Management to execute GMV-focused activities within our Creator Community CRM. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for creators, managing our database, tracking performance, and ensuring a smooth communication flow for all our initiatives.

What You'll Do 

• Database Management: Manage the creator pool database tagging in our CRM tool, including creator profiles, performance metrics, and categories.
• Creator Support: Serve as the creators' go-to person for any difficulties they face with affiliate matters – as a person who is in touch with the platform side for troubleshooting.
• Communication Planning: Manage the communication flow with creators based on the plans designed by the incubation Program Manager, including creator missions, competitions, and platform/brand campaigns.
• Sales Enablement & Performance Boosting: Act as a daily administrator, providing encouragement and support to creators to drive sales. You will monitor sales data daily, cheer on top performers, and clarify incubation mechanics that the Affiliate Network Management design.
• Performance Tracking: Track creator performance at the campaign, mission, and competition level – sync with Affiliate Network Management to adjust communication plan and adjust mechanic on-the-go to ensure the success.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support the Campaign team and client Account Management teams to execute part of a sales package that leverages affiliate creators in the network in order to deliver package commitment.

Who You Are

• A Bachelor's degree at minimum.
• At least 2 years of direct experience in the affiliate and/or e-commerce sectors, or at least 1 year of direct experience in building a creator community.
• Analytical skill with Google Sheet, Microsoft excel formula proficiency. 
• Expertise in CRM communication tools, such as LINE OA.
• Detail oriented, with the ability to organize and prioritize to operate multiple tasks at once.
• Ability to create basic artwork for community communication purposes.
