Accreditation Operations Executive, LE001 PGA European Tour, GB

Job Description

Accreditation Operations Executive

Wentworth / Hybrid

Full Time / Permanent

Are you passionate about live events and ready to play a key role behind the scenes of world-class golf tournaments?

Who We Are:

The European Tour group is one of the world’s pre-eminent golf organisations. We are responsible for running the world-famous DP World Tour, Legends Tour, Challenge Tour and G4D Tour (golf for the disabled). We also organise, alongside the PGA of America, golf’s greatest team contest - the Ryder Cup.

The Role:

The DP World Tour is looking for an Accreditation Operations Executive to join our team and help deliver seamless access and security operations across our global schedule—including the iconic Ryder Cup.

In this exciting and hands-on role, you’ll support the Accreditation Managers and the wider Accreditation department in planning and executing accreditation processes for tournaments throughout the year. You’ll be responsible for managing Accreditation specific hardware and equipment onsite, preparing access boards, issuing passes, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure the right people have the right access at the right time.

You’ll also be the go-to person for technical support during events, helping to set up and maintain accreditation systems and troubleshoot any issues. From liaising with players, caddies, and sponsors to managing logistics and travel for the team, your work will be vital to the smooth running of each tournament.

This role involves extensive travel, evening and weekend work, and the opportunity to be part of a small, dedicated team delivering unforgettable sporting experiences. So you will certainly need a willingness to travel for this role.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone with strong organisational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’ll need to be confident communicating with people at all levels, comfortable juggling multiple tasks, and meticulous when it comes to detail.

Experience with accreditation systems and knowledge of golf are helpful but not essential. What matters most is your attitude—positive, committed, and ready to go the extra mile.

You should be confident using Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Excel), and able to work independently while also being a collaborative team player. Discretion and professionalism are key, as is a genuine interest in travel and live events.

Why Join Us?

At the DP World Tour, you’ll be part of a team that brings world-class golf to life. You’ll travel to stunning locations, work with passionate professionals, and help deliver some of the most prestigious events in sport.

If you're ready to take your career on tour, we’d love to hear from you.

The European Tour group promote diversity, equality, and inclusion. We ensure that we make employment decisions by matching our business needs with skills and experience of candidates, regardless of anything.
