Remote position within Argentina & Uruguay
Ryz Labs is looking for an Account Support Specialist to join one of our clients. This position will be the main point of contact for their Event Organizers in helping to coordinate and execute our brand partnership programs. You will have the opportunity to work directly with more than 10,000+ major event and venue properties including key partners such as WeWork, Spartan Race, F45, Hot Wheels Tour, and more. You will ensure the highest level of customer service to each of their partners so that they have the best possible experience that keeps them coming back. To do this, you’ll become an expert in their business,their product, event sponsorship technology, and understanding their customer's pain points and create solutions to solve them.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar position in customer success and/or account management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects with attention to detail.
- Strong understanding and experience in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets with creating formulas and processes (Vlookup, Sumif, Countif, etc)
- Strong understanding and experience using the G Suite
- Previous experience working in the events industry or coordinating partnerships (*bonus if you have experience coordinating event sponsorships)
- Previous experience with Asana or other Project Management tools is a plus
You will:
-Maintain ongoing communication with customers and organizers to address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Support Account Managers in developing strategies to meet client objectives and increase satisfaction.
- Coordinate billing activities and collaborate with finance teams to ensure compliance.
- Partner with 3PL and creative teams to manage logistics, production, and invoicing for campaign deliverables.
- Oversee offer acceptance workflow and maintain accurate Organizer profiles.
- Track, coordinate, and communicate all aspects of program execution with Event Organizers.
- Become a product expert, providing recommendations for improvements and user conversion.
- Conduct campaign debriefs and suggest future enhancements to drive sales.
- Document all activities in CRM and provide insights on streamlining processes.
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues, driving quality improvements across systems.
