Job Description

TMW Live, our Live Experience specialists, work directly with clients and departments across the agency to plan, design and deliver live experiences and support materials. They are all about delivering an exceptional level of service to our clients, delivering outstanding work, building strong relationships, and having as much fun as possible.

We have a fantastic opportunity to join them, as an Account Manager, supporting our clients to develop localised experiential campaigns, from planning through to delivery and post event evaluation.

You will be enthusiastic, confident and self-motivated and able to showcase the core Client Services skillset alongside a passion for delivering great work. The role will be predominantly office based with occasional logistical duties on-site.

The Day to Day…

  • Work with the client as well as the internal Client Services Team to manage the rollout of services and products for various client activities.
  • Take ownership and manage client projects from conception through to delivery, on time, on budget and on brand.
  • Take responsibility for managing the production of contact reports, status reports and status meetings.
  • 360 stakeholder management, understanding and addressing the interests of all parties.
  • Contribute to the production of an exciting briefing process.
  • Use your knowledge of production techniques across all media to identify the appropriate production choice within the context of a brand.
  • Demonstrate an awareness of the client’s business objectives and an understanding of how
    individual campaigns fit into the overall client strategy.
  • Support more senior team members and begin to drive a strategic approach through the identification, gathering and recognition of relevant insights and demonstrate an understanding of the importance of data and analysis.
  • Begin to develop an understanding of big picture finances (income, profit, scope, and contract).
  • Start to negotiate with clients and suppliers on fees and costs.
