Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $125,000
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $250,000 (uncapped commission)

Job Summary

As an Account Executive, you’ll own the full sales cycle—from identifying and engaging prospective customers to running demos, managing negotiations, and closing deals. This is a hunter role where you’ll be expected to build your own pipeline, target senior decision-makers, and position our solution as a mission-critical part of their growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and engage target accounts using personalized, multi-channel outreach
  • Run discovery calls and demos that clearly articulate the value of our solution
  • Manage the entire sales process, from qualification to close
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client success
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline forecasts
  • Refine outreach strategies based on market feedback

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in a full-cycle role
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota in outbound-heavy environments
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to navigate complex deals
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-office environment

  • Experience selling to operational or go-to-market teams
  • Background in selling solutions that drive measurable revenue impact
  • Familiarity with modern sales tools and automation platforms
