Our staffing agency represents a growth-stage HCM SaaS company that has been operating profitably for 20 years and has an enthusiastic customer base of more than 700 SMB and mid-market companies.


This 42-employee firm, which has earned a 5.0 Google rating (35+ reviews) and a 4.1 Glassdoor rating, is seeking Account Executives to sell $10k to $100k+ ACV software and services deals to SMB and mid-sized companies in the Memphis metro area and nationwide. This is an office-based role (Memphis).

Role

  • Individual contributor role, working from our Memphis headquarters.
  • $44k to $55k base, commensurate with previous performance. $75k to $125k+ OTE in Year One. Year One quota is $100k.
  • Top candidates have at least 6 months of experience in any sales role – telephone sales, outside sales, retail sales, or call center.
  • Commission rates range from 20% to 30%, which are among the highest in the HCM space.
  • Company 401(k) contribution of 3%.
  • PTO, VTO (volunteer time off), holiday pay, employer-paid health, dental, vision, and life insurance, monthly profit sharing, automobile, and cell phone allowance.
  • 100% of the team hit their quota in 2024 and their top performer cleared $275k.
  • This is a robust offering; you will upsell and cross-sell SaaS modules like talent acquisition, learning management, performance management, and benefits administration.

A growth-stage HCM SaaS company is seeking a full-time Outside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. In this outside sales role, you will sell our SaaS-based human capital management (HCM) platform that provides a full suite of payroll, HR and Insurance offerings.


This is a highly consultative role; you will meet with various decision-makers and be responsible for developing a full set of solutions to meet their specific business needs. This is a perfect opportunity to join the rapidly growing HCM industry!

Depending on your experience, you will receive a base salary of $44,000-$54,000 plus commission and bonuses. (First-year outside sales roles make $65,000-$85,000, second-year executives from $95,000-$130,000, and third-year executives - much more!)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• College degree preferred.

• Some experience in B2B sales, preferably in a service-based industry - or a desire to work in a B2B sales role for the first time.

• Effective communicator with strong business acumen and the ability to engage with small business owners and C-suite executives.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Sell payroll, human resource and Insurance services to small and mid-size businesses.

• Target businesses of 25 to 500 employees.

• Prospect through phone, email, social selling, networking, and attending trade shows.

• Attend networking events & develop channel partnerships.

• Work prospects through a clearly defined sales process to close.

• Meet or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas. (First-year sales quota will be $100,000 in annualized sales.)
