APEX Programmer, Encantado Technical Solutions, NM, US

Overview

Encantado Technical Solutions is seeking an APEX Developer.

Enterprise Information System group provides integrated, secure, process-based solutions that enable business and mission-based objectives, reduce burdens on the workforce and effectively comply with regulatory and other requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze functional business applications and design specifications for functional areas such as finance, accounting, personnel, manpower, logistics, and contracts. Develop block diagrams and logic flow charts.
• Translate detailed design into computer software.
• Test, debug, and refine the computer software to produce the required product. Prepare required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation.
• Enhance software to reduce operating time or improve efficiency.
• Provide technical direction to programmers to ensure program deadlines are met.
• Experience in information system design, including application programming on large-scale database management systems and the development of complex software to satisfy design objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or relevant discipline and 7 years relevant experience. In lieu of degree an additional 7 years of related experience totaling 13 years.
• Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain DOE L-Level security clearance
• Must be US Citizen
• This is a remote position but must be available for occasional travel to Albuquerque as needed.

Required Skills:

• Department is in need of an experienced Oracle APEX and PL/SQL developer with experience implementing integrations using REST API calls.

Desired Skills:

• JavaScript and Oracle EBS Financials experience is a plus. Experience implementing AI capabilities in Oracle APEX is a plus.Candidate can work virtually but must be willing to travel to Albuquerque as needed.
