AI/ML Technical Lead, Qualco, GR

We are looking for an AI/ML Technical Engineer to lead the artificial intelligence and machine learning stream of D3E (Data-Driven Decisions Engine), our end-to-end software solution for credit portfolio analytics. In this role, you will shape the AI/ML strategy and architecture of the platform, driving innovation in advanced machine learning, GenAI, and distributed computing. You will oversee the full machine learning lifecycle from research and model development to large-scale deployment—ensuring robustness, scalability, and alignment with business goals. Working closely with engineers, data scientists, and product managers, you will foster a culture of technical excellence, mentoring a growing team while delivering AI-driven features that strengthen D3E’s analytical and decision-making capabilities.

The AI/ML Technical Lead will join the D3E (Data-Driven Decisions Engine) product development team and be responsible for:

• Lead the AI/ML stream within the D3E (Data-Driven Decisions Engine) product development, driving innovation in machine learning model development, deployment, and optimization;

• Define and execute AI/ML technical strategy aligned with product roadmap and business objectives, including GenAI, Cloud, and distributed computing technologies;

• Architect and oversee end-to-end machine learning lifecycle from ideation to production deployment, ensuring scalability and reliability;

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning;

• Provide technical guidance on GenAI, advanced machine learning algorithms, model evaluation, optimization techniques, and MLOps best practices;

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers and product managers, to deliver integrated AI solutions;

• Drive the design, development, and deployment of AI, machine learning models and algorithms that enhance D3E's analytical capabilities;

• Participate in product brainstorming & roadmap, design, prototyping, and development activities with a focus on AI-driven features;

• Stay current with the latest advancements in GenAI/AI/ML research and evaluate their potential applications to financial technology products;
