The AI ML Engineer will play a crucial role in architecting and developing a chatbot AI Agent for merchant sales analysis, utilizing natural language queries to drive insights and improve sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop a chatbot AI Agent for merchant sales analysis using natural language queries.
• Optimize LLM interactions through advanced prompt engineering and workflow design (LangChain, LangGraph, FastMCP).
• Integrate MCP tools for dynamic, secure access to Sam's Club sales data.
• Fine-tune and evaluate LLMs for merchant-specific queries focusing on accuracy and reliability.
• Develop microservices and APIs using FastAPI to support chatbot and data pipelines.
• Deploy and manage solutions with Docker and Kubernetes for scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with product, data, and business teams to ensure solutions fit merchant needs.
• Proficiency in LLMs, chatbots, and prompt engineering techniques.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, FastMCP, and MCP protocols.
• Strong Python programming skills for AI/ML and backend development.
• Expertise in testing and validating agent workflows for accuracy, bias, and reliability.
• FastAPI experience for building APIs and microservices.
• Proven skills in Docker and Kubernetes for deployment and orchestration.

Preferred Skills
