The Precision Fires and Maneuver (PF&M) product area has an immediate Program Controls Analyst opportunity to join the Javelin finance team supporting production and non-production contracts. In this role the candidate will have the opportunity to work in a unique environment as part of the Javelin Joint Venture (JJV). Job responsibilities will include supporting the Program Management Office (PMO) in managing cost and schedule integration, manpower forecasts, quarterly Estimates at Completion (EAC), as well as working with the business manager to analyze staffing, and cost variances on a weekly/monthly basis. The successful candidate should be comfortable working independently and have the ability to multi-task and work on several different program issues concurrently, in a challenging and deadline driven environment, as part of a small core finance team.
The JJV is in a significant growth phase, currently increasing capacity to meet domestic and international demand. In this role you can expect to have frequent interaction and collaboration with various functions (finance, engineering, operations, contracts, supply chain and program office).
