Position Overview
Interested in joining a top notch Marketing team? We are looking for an A-player who loves a fast paced, high performing environment and thrives on results. As the Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing, you will lead and optimize Bloom's digital marketing strategy. This key role will focus on developing strategies, driving execution, and scaling a high-performing team to drive demand generation and revenue growth through digital channels. You will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and deliver measurable results, while fostering innovation and operational excellence.
What you’ll do
Develop and execute digital acquisition and revenue marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and conversions across SEM, SEO, social, Affiliate marketing, display, email, and ABM.
Optimize full-funnel digital campaigns to generate high-quality leads, maximize ROI, and drive pipeline and revenue growth.
Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and optimize the buyer journey across digital touchpoints.
Leverage data and analytics to define KPIs, track performance, and optimize marketing strategies for efficiency and impact.
Oversee the digital media budget, ensuring effective allocation and execution across channels to meet revenue goals and maximize spend efficiency.
Architect and execute high-velocity digital demand generation programs to deliver sales-ready leads, ensuring every prospect interaction is data-enriched and primed for immediate engagement.
Lead and evolve industry-specific campaigns and integrated campaigns, adopting tailored GTM strategies and content for high-opportunity sectors
Build web experiences that tell our stories, nurture our audience and convert at a high level.
Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and other optimization techniques to improve ad and landing page performance and overall campaign results.
Analyze campaign performance regularly, using data to optimize and refine future campaigns.
Ensure consistent messaging across all channels, aligning with the company’s brand voice and marketing objectives.
Run multi-tier ABM: Launch and optimize 1:Many, 1:Few, and 1:1 campaigns that turn intent signals into meetings and opportunities. Go above and beyond to secure revenue from our largest accounts.
Manage digital campaign planning, creative development, and execution workflows with internal and agency resources—ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
Collaborate with Sales and SDRs to align messaging, campaign focus, and lead follow-up strategies.
What is Needed
8+ years demand generation experience, preferably for B2B technology companies
Experience owning the full demand generation or revenue marketing function of your organization, with managing a team of reports being a plus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment: You’re hungry for rapid growth and pioneering a new market in opposition to existing competition
Analytical and experimental background: Capable of using analytical insights to continuously test campaigns, subject lines, and calls to action. You’ll ensure maximum value is created from our investments
Clear communication skills: You’re an excellent listener, presenter, and problem solver with a hands-on approach to writing emails and writing landing page copy
Knows marketing tools: You’re comfortable with the full marketing stack to collect, enrich and report on our funnel. You’re excited to put Salesforce, 6sense, Adroll, Hubspot, Google Analytics, and more to use!
Intuition for channels: Extensive experience with segmenting audiences and developing integrated lifecycle campaigns, including account based marketing. Ability to drive our partners and vendors to deploy best practices and achieve results
