As a Senior Product Manager responsible for Infobip SaaS products you will directly impact our company’s portfolio by leading the discovery, definition, building, launching, and scaling of a new product stream within established company, revolutionizing the communication and customer engagement industry . The Senior Product Manager is an independent, high-level expert role in Product Management. 

What will you do at Infobip? 

• Discover customer needs and market problems while keeping in mind overall business objectives of redefining customer engagement through conversational experience.

• Define a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Conversational AI experience platform.

• Share the vision of the product with all stakeholders: customers, management, engineering, marketing, sales, and other teams.

• Be a subject matter expert and point of contact for stakeholders regarding the product.

• Build the product together with engineering and design teams.

• Achieve company readiness to launch new products and features by removing roadblocks.

• Scale the products for customers by using our internal IT infrastructure, such as private cloud, integrations with public clouds, and IaaS capabilities - including automated provisioning of network, compute, and storage resources. 

• Serve as an independent, high-level expert in Product Management.

• Persons in this role are confident in their knowledge and can mentor one or more Associates. 

More about you: 

• Experience with the end-to-end software product life cycle, from discovery to delivery.

• Experience with market research and product testing.

• Good knowledge of Go-to-Market and monetization strategies. 

• Experience in digital transformation and implementation in marketing automation, CDP and e-commerce solution & implementation projects in terms of business and technical requirements engineering, business processes and change, use case design and blueprint, touchpoint and data strategy, digital analytics, reporting & insights.

•  Strong understanding and experience with agile methodologies, including Scrum, LeSS, Kanban, or others.

• Ability to influence decision-making at all levels within an organization.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• An excellent team player, capable of learning and sharing knowledge in a team environment. 

• A willingness and ability to work independently and autonomously.
