Head of Region - USA, Business Travel Technology, Dallas (onsite) . A fantastic opportunity to take up this newly created role with a high growth, global tech start-up seeking expansion into the USA. Working closely with the founding team, you will own the operational and commercial strategy with full autonomy around how to transform market opportunities into sustainable growth.

Head of Region USA Responsibilities

• Sales Development and revenue growth - creating and delivering regional sales strategies, seeking partnerships with suppliers, tech partners and corporate clients.
• Overseeing and ensuring operational excellence
• In conjunction with the global head of supply, build excellent vendor and supplier relationships.
• Customer and stakeholder management.
• Representing the organisation at industry events and conferences.
• Recruit and build high performing teams across sales, operations and account management
• Set, track and manage company wide KPI's.
• Work closely with marketing on brand positioning, lead generation and localization of marketing initiatives
• Manage P&L, budgets, cost efficiencies and operational efficiency
• Technology - work with product and engineering teams to optimise the offering for US market including new features.

Head of Region USA Skills Required

• Extensive sales experience, commercial and operational experience gained in the corporate / business travel sector.
• A successful track record of scaling sales and operational teams.
• An inspirational leader with experience coaching and development.
• Experience of P&L ownership, managing budgets and delivering financial results.
• Excellent knowledge of the US corporate travel market.
• Strategic mindset coupled with hands-on delivery capabilities

Head of Region Additional Details

• A highly competitive package dependant on experience, to be discussed on application.
• This role will be based out of the Dallas office so must be ready and able to work onsite with some travel expected to meet the role responsibilities.
